Mr. Shankar Devaguptapu brings in 39 years of exhaustive experience in both domestic and international markets. He is a ABNLP – certified NLP Practitioner; ICE certified Leadership Coach and Wellness Coach.
He is currently on the Board of The Moulderz as Chief-Mentor & Catalyst People Development, Director – US Business Development, Head – Payroll, Compliance Management and Accounting Services.
He has coached IAS and KAS aspirants in Bangalore since 2014 for Ethics. He has handled Intervention programs on Emotional Intelligence, Process Excellence, Creative & Structured Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision Making. Trained people on Team Management, Goal Setting, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Transactional Analysis, Life Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Stress Management and Work - Life Balance.
